Process for submitting proof texts


Step 1
Upload the proof text you would like proofread to our website via the proof text submission page. If your proof text is not in electronic format, let us know via the contact page and we will give you a postal address to send the proof to.
Step 2
The proof text will be reviewed and evaluated to estimate the cost for correcting.
Step 3
Once a cost has been calculated, a quote for the proofing corrections will be sent to you for your approval.
Step 4
Only once you have approved the quote will work commence correcting the proof text.
Step 5
Once all corrections have been made to the proof text, you will be notified of the work's completion, with the necessary payment details.
Step 6
After the payment has been made, the corrected proof will be sent to you via the post.
Step 7
Work will only be considered as complete once you have notified that you are satisfied with the corrections marked.

Proofing Cost


That’s Correct! typically charge $30 (NZD) per standard A4 page, font-size 11pts. However, for the reason that proof texts can vary greatly in terms of content and complexity, it is impossible to provide a fixed cost for proof corrections.
